1. ALMERIA - MORE VALUE FOR MONEY AND A GREAT INVESTMENT
You may remember from my newsletter last September that we
bought an off plan apartment in Almerimar. We can now offer you
a selection of properties via the company we purchased from as
Spanish Costa properties has just negotiated an agreement with
them. Almeria is a great alternative from Costa Blanca as it has
a more Spanish feel about it, the area has fewer large developments
and properties are generally slightly cheaper. Almeria is a great
area for investment as the EU are spending a lot of money on new
infrastructures such as new motorways and an airport.

2. GRANADA - FIND YOUR HIDDEN RETREAT IN THE MOUNTAINS
The agent we are now using in Almeria also has a number of
properties available in Granada. Here you can find some small
Spanish villages nestled in the valleys far away from the busy
coastal resorts. If you are looking to get away from it all at
