1. SUGGESTIONS FOR NEW WEB SITE - COMPETITION WINNER
Thank you to everyone who completed our questionnaire in last
month's newsletter. We hope to incorporate most of your
suggestions over the next few months.

2. LATEST RESALES
After recently spending some time in Spain looking at new
developments and exploring areas for resales we came across Lago
Jardin at Los Balcones. This is a well established urbanisation
which has 3 communal swimming pools, one which has its own bar.
A lot of the properties here have views over the salt lakes.
Only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and Torrevieja
this area is ideal for holiday homes. A friend of mine has
recently brought a property here and our property manager lives
in Los Balcones, they both recommend this area. Look at our

Instead of 2 feature pages and one list page we now have 9 pages
divided into 7 price ranges and 2 pages for Fincas and country

3. NEW DEVELOPMENT UPDATE - MAR MENOR GOLF RESORT
On our recent trip we took a drive down to the Mar Menor Golf
Resort development which is still in its early stages. The show
houses are just about complete and the site is covered in cranes
ready to start building, so the rest of the development will
probably be another 2 years before completion. Around 40% of
the properties have already been sold. Details at

4. NEW DEVELOPMENT UPDATE - VISTA AZUL
There are a few of these very popular properties left on phase
5 & 6 and due to demand phase 7 is being planned at Los Narejos
which is on the Mar Menor. More details at
