1. BUYING TO LET IN SPAIN - A GREAT RENTAL POTENTIAL
The letting potential in southern Costa Blanca is very high as
the area benefits from superb golf courses, beautiful EU blue
flag beaches, unsurpassed facilities, close to two airports and a
short distance from the town centre.
If you decide to obtain the highest returns for your investment,
you can be sure that the purchase of property on the Costa Blanca
in the exclusive areas that we have available could be your most
profitable investment yet.
Although the actual letting benefit depends on the market,
current estimates show that you can obtain up to a 7% return on
a two bedroom apartment in Torrevieja, according to reports from
various letting companies. The letting potential of residential
areas such as Santa Pola, La Zenia and Campoamor is excellent,
the highest returns obtained in the summer months for two
bedroom apartments.

Buying off plan can be a great investment and can produce returns
of up to 100% in only 2 years. The best deals are to be had by
buying property off plan from a reputable development company
when the project is in the initial stages. These companies must
sell at least 35% of the development before they start building
so they normally give a good discount to the first buyers.
Sometimes as much as 30%. Once the target is reached the prices
increase by about 20% and again when building starts by another
10-20%. To secure one of these properties all that is needed
